Preparing for your session

Having an open mind is key part of attending your session(s) you will get the most from it if you can achieve this and it will help the shifts that need to happen to happen.

You will be sent a questionnaire prior to the session which will help me to understand your own unique situation and life experiences so far. It will outline information that is essential to your sessions and development. 

Hydration - this is one of the most important parts of preparing for your session. In order for energy work to happen our bodies need to be fully hydrated.

Try and allow yourself some down time before your session. If this is not possible we may need to spend some of the session clearing any energy that has been brought in but some simple breathing exercises of long deep inhale and exhales will help bring you down from a high energy situation.
